Privacy Policy

Short version

We don't ask for your name, email, or location to use the calculator. We don't sell data. We don't run third-party advertising trackers.

What we collect

Like any web server, our hosting provider records standard HTTP request logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamp, requested URL). These are kept for up to 30 days for abuse mitigation and are not linked to any personal identifier.

If you submit the contact form, we receive only the information you typed (name, email, message). We use it to reply and then delete the thread within 90 days unless you've started an ongoing conversation.

Cookies

The site uses one cookie: cc-theme, which stores your light/dark mode preference in your browser. It is not sent to any server.

Analytics

We use a privacy-respecting analytics tool that records aggregated, anonymous page-view counts. No personal data, no fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking.

Children

The site is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we change this policy in a material way we'll update the "last updated" date and post a note on the home page for at least 30 days.
