Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 2026.

1. Acceptance

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. The calculator is a planning aid, not engineering advice

The volumes, weights, bag counts, and mix grade suggestions on this site are estimates intended for planning and ordering. They are not a substitute for a stamped engineering design, a code-compliant structural calculation, or the advice of your licensed concrete supplier or contractor. For any structural pour, get a sealed mix design and load calculation from a licensed engineer in your jurisdiction.

3. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do our best to keep the math accurate, but we make no guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific calculation matches any specific real-world outcome.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, materials, or labor cost, arising from your use of or inability to use the site.

5. Intellectual property

All site content, code, copy, illustrations, and the calculator UI are © 2026 PourCalc.com. You may use the calculator for personal or commercial estimating. You may not scrape, mirror, or rehost the site without written permission.

6. User submissions

If you submit feedback, questions, or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback to improve the site. We won't publish your name or contact information without your permission.

7. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party sites for reference. We don't endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content of those sites.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site operator is incorporated, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
